5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Order confirmation is provided after successful payment processing.
We may cancel or refuse an order due to:

- Payment failure
- Incorrect address
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violations of our policies

6. Cancellations

All cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests cannot be accepted for any category.
For toys: No returns, only cancellation within 24 hours.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days.
Delivery usually takes 3–10 working days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, courier issues, or factors beyond our control.
Incorrect address, unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order return; shipping charges will not be refunded.

CShoppy is not responsible for any payment failures or delays caused by payment gateway issues.
